| Agent | Your single Rivvi assistant. It answers questions, does the work, and runs the outreach. |
| Teach Rivvi | First-run at /discovery. Builds the Organization profile and claims a number. See Teach Rivvi. |
| How calls get answered | Your org department map: which line to dial and whether to press a key, an extension, or connect directly. Same list for every clinic. See How calls get answered. |
| Then dial | Optional keypad after the line answers — a short key on a phone menu, a longer extension, or blank for a direct line. |
| Knowledge | Settings → Knowledge — locations, providers, who works where, site hours. See Knowledge. |
| Data | Settings → Data — CSV/Excel the assistant analyzes. Composer Use saved data. See Data. |
| Program | Standing work — reminders, inbound, the website widget. Home Playbooks start one. See Programs. |
| Playbook | A card on home for work Rivvi can stand up. Click it to start in chat. |
| Run | One batch of calls or texts for a program. Sidebar Runs. See Runs. |
| Thread | One conversation. ⌘N starts a new one. |
| Roster | The list of people a run reaches — from a file, a connected tool, an internal group, or a mix. |
| Artifact | Finished work in sidebar Artifacts (/artifacts) — a report, memo, deck, or spreadsheet Rivvi wrote. Live cards in a thread are different. See Artifacts. |
| Report | A card that answers a data question — headline, chart, table. Finished ones also land in Artifacts. |
| Launch card | The approval card. Launch or Schedule is what starts the run. List review is Looks good. |
| Connector | A link to one of your tools (HubSpot, Microsoft 365, …). See Connectors. |
| Inbox | What needs a person — sidebar row and the home Needs you strip. See Inbox. |
| Monitor | Sidebar page for outreach results — Overview, Programs, Interactions, Trust. Runs is its own sidebar row. See Programs. |
| Contacts | The org roster at /patients. Admins and anyone with patient-data access. On chat.rivvi.ai the sidebar usually says Contacts. See Contacts. |
