Teach Rivvi is in the sidebar footer and opens /discovery. It is a guided chat where Rivvi researches your team and you confirm the card. You do it once; you can come back when the team changes. The right rail is labeled Organization. Confirmations happen in the chat, not by ticking boxes on that rail. When both chapters are done the rail reads Workspace open.

The two chapters

The Organization panel is a two-step roadmap.
  1. Build your org profile — Share a site or describe your organization. While research is running the line is Research running. When a section is ready it says Ready for you to confirm. Looks right confirms the section you are looking at. The last open section says Looks right · build my profile. Add a note corrects it in the same card. A finished profile reads Organization confirmed, or a count such as 3 providers · 2 locations.
  2. Claim your number — Get a Rivvi line and map how calls get answered. While it is working: Setting up your front-desk number… When it needs you: Finish claiming your number. Done: Your number is live. If the line is deferred, that row says Calls stay off. The map itself is How calls get answered.
If Rivvi emails a Business Associate Agreement, the receipt says patient data stays locked until it is signed. You can also sign, send, or upload it later under Compliance. Finishing this conversation does not wait on that signature. When both steps are done the panel says You’re ready to go and Everything’s in place — enter your workspace whenever you are. Go live → enters the workspace. While it is working the button says Entering…. If a card is required, the payment form opens in the same panel first. A failure says Couldn’t enter workspace.
After the workspace is open, Teach Rivvi still opens Organization. Day-to-day edits — locations, providers, who works where, site hours — are Settings → Knowledge. See Knowledge. You can also say “we added a clinic in Austin.” Rivvi infers your kind of organization during this conversation — how that works.

After the workspace is open

Rivvi reads this profile on every turn. Wrong locations or vocabulary here show up in chat and on calls. Keep it current. Correct memory in Settings → Memory.
If Discovery chat is briefly offline, Organization stays readable. Chat comes back on its own.
