Artifacts is a top-level page at /artifacts (older links said /documents). The sidebar label is Artifacts. This is the library of finished work — not the live cards inside a thread. Ask for a report, memo, or deck in chat. When it is done, it lands here. Empty: No artifacts yet and Ask Rivvi for a report, memo, or deck. Finished work lands here. Open workspace starts a chat. If the library fails to load: Couldn’t load artifacts and The library didn’t respond. Refresh, or open a report in the workspace to save it here. Tabs are All, Yours, and Shared with you. Search says Search by title or author. Artifact type includes All types, Report, Deck, Brief, Email, Letter, Memo, Spreadsheet, and Scorecard. Columns sort by Title, Type, Author, Created, and Updated. Work Rivvi wrote lists the author as rivvi. A filtered list with no matches says No artifacts found and Nothing matches this search or type, with Clear filters. A row marked Patient data holds PHI.

What you can do

Open a row to read it. On the row:
  • Share — Share with a teammate (They can open it in Rivvi), then Everyone on the team (Anyone in this workspace can open it). After that row says Shared with the team. Copy link copies /d/… and flips to Link copied. Anyone with access can open it. The same sheet can Save to files (OneDrive or Google Drive), Email (Send from your connected inbox), Post to Teams (Share in a channel), or Attach to record. If that tool is not connected, the row says Connect files, Connect email, Connect Teams, or Connect CRM instead. A write still asks before it leaves Rivvi.
  • Export — Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, Markdown, CSV, HTML, SVG, or PNG, only the ones that fit that kind. A deck can be PowerPoint. A spreadsheet can be Excel. A memo does not export as a spreadsheet. Word, PowerPoint, and PDF use the accent and footer from Settings → General → Artifact look. Patient data asks This {format} includes patient data and Anyone who opens the file can read it. Confirm only if that is what you intend. Confirm is Export {format}.
  • New thread — starts a chat with that artifact attached, so you can revise it.
From a card inside a chat, Share can also say Add to Artifacts (Keep it in the Artifacts tab). After it saves, that row says Added to Artifacts. If it fails: Couldn’t add this to Artifacts. Scheduled work is a Scheduled list on the same page. A paused row says Paused. Run due runs the ones that are ready. Afterward the note is {n} scheduled artifacts ran, or {n} ran · {m} failed.
Files you upload to analyze again live under Settings → Data lake. Artifacts are what Rivvi wrote.
