Change a program
Monitor → Programs → the name. Click the title to rename (Save). Status (Draft, Activating, Live, Paused) is shown; there is no Pause button on this page. On the page: Performance (who connected; All runs), Compliance, Team, Follow-ups (automatic after a call), Danger (delete). Agent is its own studio — rail Agent.Change the agent
Agent tab: greeting (Opens with), capabilities, version history. Adjust on a capability opens a thread scoped to that program — that is how you rewrite what it says or does. New builds start paused. In Version history: Activate my build or Promote to live. Chat may show Activate the new version.Test it
Same studio, Testing tab. Run simulation (then Run again). Verdicts include Clear to go live and Blocked from going live. Re-run failures, Fix all issues with AI, thumbs Sounds right / Needs work.
