Adding someone
1
Invite member
Settings → Team → Invite member. They get an email invitation.
2
Who they are
Email, First name, Last name. Optional: What they do, Department, Locations, Reports to, Phone, and a Note (shown in the invite email — no patient information).
3
Access and seat
Access has to be chosen. If you send without one, Rivvi says Pick an access level. On Team and Business, Seat defaults to Standard. Premium is 5× the assistant allowance.
4
Send invitation
If this person fills an open seat, the dialog says Fills one of your N open seats. If it adds a seat, it says the monthly price, prorated, and asks you to confirm before Send invitation. Success is Invitation sent successfully.
Access
The Access section on the page is the same four levels. Patient data follows the level. An admin can add or remove pages and actions for one person — Compliance, contacts, and the rest — without changing their access level.
Organization settings such as Billing, Team, Calling, and Compliance stay with admins. Manage on a row is Change role or Remove from org. You cannot change or remove yourself, or the last admin.
This table is org-wide — it is not the whole story for a given program. Full access and Read only teammates only see Runs, Interactions, and Inbox items for programs they’re assigned to; a program with no assignment is invisible to them even though their org-level access would otherwise allow it. Admin skips that check and sees every program. Assigning someone to a program happens on that program’s Access rail, not here.
Seats
A seat is one person in the workspace. You pay per seat. The row shows Standard or Premium.
Outreach credits are shared on Billing. Adding a seat past the ones you already pay for is prorated. Free is you and two colleagues. Premium is not on Free. Changing a seat from the row says they are now on a Standard or Premium seat.
