Connectors let Rivvi use tools you already have — from chat, with your approval on anything that writes back. Manage them at chat.rivvi.ai under Settings → Connectors, or from the + menu in the message box.

What you can connect today

These are the connectors you can turn on yourself (or request) in the workspace: Most of these are sign in with your own account. An admin Enables the connector for the organization once. Then each teammate clicks Connect and signs in. There is nothing to paste for HubSpot, Microsoft, Google, or Smartsheet. Power BI is the same Microsoft sign-in, scoped to Power BI only — it is not a separate tile. Microsoft Teams is a Rivvi app you install inside Teams, not a sign-in grant.

What you can do

Once a tool is connected and allowed:
  • Answer from live data — pipeline counts, a sheet, a dashboard figure.
  • Build a list to reach — start a run from HubSpot without exporting a spreadsheet.
  • Write back — log a call note or add a row, only after you approve.
