Settings → Data (/settings/my-data) is the file library — spreadsheets Rivvi can analyze in chat, like a shared drive for the coworker. PDFs you drop in a thread stay in that thread; they do not land here. Drop CSV, XLS, or XLSX, up to 50 MB. Preview the file. Open a file → Ask in chat. In the composer: + → Use saved data.

Who can see a file

On the file: Only me or Share with org, plus Shared with specific teammates. Switch to Only me to limit it. The Data page itself is for admins, or members with patient-data clearance. Analyzing a file and owning/sharing it are different permissions.
That is analytics on your upload, not the program Performance page.
