General
Org name, logo, website, and main patient-facing phone — Settings → General.
Settings → General is who the organization is: logo, name, type, website, and the main phone patients dial.
It is not the call layer. Numbers you call from, transfers, and hours are Settings → Calling. Locations, providers, and per-site hours are Knowledge.
