Settings → Billing is the money page. Your plan, seats, conversation-credit balance, payment method, and invoices live here. Who used the assistant lives on a different page — Usage.
Organization settings are for admins. Everyone else manages their own profile from the account menu. See Your account.

Plans

You pay per seat. Conversation credits are bought separately. Nothing is billed in arrears. Annual billing is 20% off the seat price, billed once a year. The numbers above stay monthly so plans are easy to compare. Launch, Basics, and Growth bundled seats and minutes. Those plans are gone. Seats and credits are separate now.

Seats

A seat is one person in the workspace. Standard fits most people. Premium is 5× the assistant allowance, for people who live in reports and programs. Mix them on Team. Unfilled seats in the plan minimum stay open until you invite someone.

Conversation credits

Credits fund outreach — voice, SMS, and website chat share one balance. They are not the assistant meters on Usage. Buy credits in blocks from Billing. Bigger blocks cost less per credit: Business plans get 15% more credits in every block. Enterprise buys a committed annual pool. A conversation already in progress finishes if the balance hits zero. Calling, texting, and chat pause until you buy another block. The workspace keeps working.

Free

Free is not a trial. No card, no clock, nothing pauses. It is for you and two colleagues getting the organization in. Calling and conversation credits start on Team. When the third seat is full, the next invite is where you pick a paid plan.

Changing your plan

Change plans on the billing page. The change takes effect now. If you already paid this period, Stripe invoices the prorated difference and unused time on the old plan is credited. Payment method and cancellation are in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Manage billing on the same page. Invoice history is under past invoices.
