Settings → Knowledge — Org map, roster, and notes your coworker uses each turn. This is the admin editor. Teach Rivvi is the conversation that first fills it. Say “we added a clinic in Austin” in chat, or edit here.

Structure

Organization map — how locations, providers, and team connect. Roster — locations and providers. Link each provider to the sites they work.

• Locations — Add location. Name, address, type, phone, hours per weekday, fax. This is per-site hours, not the org fallback on Calling.
• Providers — Add provider. Name, specialty, NPI, languages, which locations they work at, phone.

Run research / Refresh re-reads public pages on your site.

Facts, Links, and Q&A the coworker searches beyond the roster. Add or edit per entry.

Notes and docs it reads every turn. Add context: Identity, Operations, Team, Preferences, Other — paste text or a Markdown/plain file.
