Home (/) is the composer. First send creates a thread (/t/…). ⌘N starts another. ⌘K is the command palette. Under the composer, on desktop:
  • Playbooks (or Start here while you are activating) — work Rivvi can stand up. Click a card to begin in chat.
  • Recent — threads you can jump back into.
  • Programs — what you already run, plus inbound and the website widget.
If something is waiting, Needs you appears above those tabs. Sidebar Inbox is the same idea when the count is above zero.

What to try

You do not need Rivvi’s words. Asking for a count or a report never dials. Memory lives in Settings → Memory.

Cards in the thread

  • A report — headline, chart, table. Follow-ups revise the same card.
  • A decision — Looks good on a list, Launch / Schedule, a form.
  • A live view — a run, Inbox, a detail.
Some buttons open Monitor, a program, or Settings. Finished reports, memos, and decks also land in sidebar Artifacts. Come back to the thread. + on the composer: Attach file (CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, image — about 3.5 MB), Capture screen, connectors, Use saved data. Saved data is the Data library (CSV/Excel, share per file). A one-off sheet for a run is just an attachment. Clinic roster, who works where, location hours — Knowledge, not the composer.
