1. Teach Rivvi

Teach Rivvi in the sidebar footer. Scan your site, confirm with Looks right or Add a note. Chapter two is your number and where calls hand off. Go live → when the checklist is done. The rail reads Workspace open.

2. Ask or upload

Home is the composer. Drop a file or ask a question. Memory lives in Settings → Memory — you can view, correct, and remove it.

3. Connect a tool

Settings → Connectors, or + in the composer. Sign in for HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Smartsheet. Connect your account.

4. Start a program

Home Playbooks (or Start here) is the catalog. Click a play, or type it:
Open what you already have under home Programs, or Monitor → Programs. Programs.

5. Launch a run

Attach a sheet (+ → Attach file) or ask Rivvi to pull a live list. Looks good on the rows, then Launch. Runs.

6. Watch Inbox

If a call needs a person, sidebar Inbox lights up. Home may also show Needs you. Inbox.
