Rivvi for your kind of organization

During Teach Rivvi, Rivvi infers what kind of organization you are and tunes the terms it uses, the details it looks for, and the outreach it is built for. You do not pick that from a long menu. Settings → General → Industry is a shorter profile field: Healthcare provider, Pharmacy, Insurance brokerage, or Not set. Changing Industry does not replace the profile Teach Rivvi built. Correct a wrong location, provider, or service in chat, or under Knowledge.

What it recognizes

Kind	How the workspace is shaped
Primary care	Providers, locations, and team. Recall, reminders, screening, and post-visit follow-up. A small single-location practice uses the same shape, with shorter defaults.
Specialty	Specialty plus primary care — cardiology, orthopedics, GI, and similar — including how calls route between those arms. Behavioral health uses this path too.
Urgent care	Sites and front desks, with visit-shaped outreach rather than a long panel.
Pharmacy	Pharmacy operations. Public research looks at your website and the NPI registry.
Referral networks	The person Rivvi reaches is another practice’s front desk, not a patient. This is where Echo lives. Connect LeadingReach to provision it.
Payers and managed care	Members, plans, and networks, rather than a clinic roster.
Pharma and clinical trials	Trials, drugs, and sites.
Government and public health	Programs and jurisdictions.
Insurance brokerage	Public listings and your website, not a clinical roster.
Non-clinical services	Home help, concierge, member services, community programs. There is no patient record here. Consumer calling-consent rules still apply.

If none of those fit, Rivvi uses a general profile and fills it from Teach Rivvi. A health system starts on that general path and can be reclassified from the site.
