Usage

Settings → Usage answers who used the assistant and how much. It is not the outreach credit meter — that lives on Billing.

What you’ll see

Month-to-date:

• AI interactions — turns with the coworker
• Tool calls — times the assistant used a tool
• Active teammates — who used it this month

A per-teammate table lists turns, tool calls, and last active. Capacity is shown as plenty, low, or out — not raw token counts. If the organization ran outreach this month, a channel strip also shows voice, SMS, and web chat, including per-program breakdown.

What this is not

Credits, invoices, and plan changes stay on Settings → Billing. Usage does not change what you pay by itself.
