Usage

Settings → Usage says What the assistant and your teammates used this month. Conversation credits and invoices are on Billing. Buying credits, changing the plan, and downloading invoices stay on Billing. This page is the meter.

The strip is Month to date — {month}, with Updated {time}. When anyone used it today, the line is {turns} today across {users} active.

• AI interactions — turns with the coworker
• Tool calls — times the assistant used a tool
• Active teammates — who used it this month

If the numbers cannot load, the page says Usage data is unavailable right now.

What’s left this month

The heading is What’s left this month. The help line is Conversation credits pay for calls, texts, and website chat. The assistant bar is chat you and your teammates ran this month. File storage is files in Data. “Data” here is Data lake. Three bars, each marked Plenty left, Getting low, or Used up, plus {pct}% used or <1% used. Rivvi does not show raw token counts.

Usage by teammate

Usage by teammate is Who used the assistant this month, busiest first. Columns are Teammate, AI interactions, Tool calls, and Last active. A row with no name says Unknown teammate. Work that is not a person says Automated activity. Empty month: No AI activity yet this month.

Conversation activity

If agents ran outreach, Conversation activity says Outreach your agents ran this month — voice, SMS, and web chat. The strip is Voice minutes, SMS, and Web chats. There is no Calls figure on this page. By campaign says Conversation volume per campaign this month, busiest first. Columns are Campaign, Voice minutes, SMS, and Web chats. A row with no name says No campaign. Empty month: No conversations yet this month.
