What’s in the pane
- Profile — name, email, phone, photo, language. Language is per person; it does not change anyone else’s workspace, and it does not change what the voice agent says on a call.
- Appearance — theme.
- Notifications — account activity, billing, and security alerts.
- AI memory — what Rivvi remembers about you. This is not the org-wide memory at Settings → Memory.
Security
From Profile → Security:- Reset your password (Rivvi’s sign-in screen)
- Turn on two-factor authentication
- Delete your account — email support@rivvi.ai. You cannot self-serve delete.
