Power BI is offered inside Microsoft 365 — not as its own tile. It is the same Microsoft sign-in, without SharePoint, OneDrive, or Outlook. Most teams should connect Microsoft 365 instead.

How to connect

Open Settings → Connectors → Microsoft 365, then choose Power BI on its own if you only want that grant. Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft work account. An org-wide Azure app is an Advanced option for unattended access. Day-to-day use does not require pasting a tenant ID or client secret. IT details: Microsoft setup for IT admins.

What Rivvi can do with Power BI

Read (allowed by default)
  • List every workspace the connection can access.
