One Google connection lets Rivvi read Google Sheets data, GA4 web analytics, and the Google Drive files your account can already open. Pull a campaign tracker from Sheets or traffic metrics from Analytics into a report. You connect by signing in with your own Google account — there’s nothing to paste. The agent can list Drive files your Google account can already open (drive.readonly), plus Sheets and GA4 properties you can access.

Connect it

1

An admin enables Google Workspace

An organization admin goes to Settings → Connectors → Google Workspace and clicks Enable. If you’re not an admin, click Request and an admin approves it.
2

Connect your Google account

In the Your account panel, click Connect and sign in with Google. Approve the read access to Sheets, Analytics, and Drive files, and you land back in Rivvi connected. Each teammate connects their own account.

What Rivvi can do with Google Workspace

  • Sheets — read a range of values from a spreadsheet.
  • Analytics (GA4) — run a report on sessions, users, and conversions.
  • Drive — list files this Google account can already open.
Drive lists files you can already open, not a “share with Rivvi” picker. An empty list means nothing matched among files your account can access. Google treats drive.readonly as a restricted scope; some Workspace domains may need Google’s verification / CASA before Connect works for them.
