The Microsoft Teams connector lets your team work with Rivvi from inside Teams — trigger runs, follow up on tasks, and stay in the loop without switching apps. This is not a Microsoft sign-in and not a Graph grant. You install the Rivvi app in Teams and sign in. Microsoft 365 does not read Teams channel messages.
Rivvi never shows patient information in Teams. When there’s something to look at, it links you back to the workspace.

Install it

Teams lives under Settings → Connectors → Microsoft 365 — it is not its own top-level tile.

Download the Rivvi Teams app package

From Settings → Connectors → Microsoft 365, open Microsoft Teams. The section is Install in Teams. Click Download Teams app. The .zip is wired to your environment. Open Teams apps opens Teams.

Upload it in Teams

The Setup list says: In Microsoft Teams, open Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app → Upload a custom app, and choose the downloaded .zip.

Open Rivvi and send a message

Open the Rivvi app in Teams and send any message — you’ll be prompted to sign in.

Sign in

Sign in with your Rivvi account. After that, Rivvi is linked to your Teams identity automatically.
The page says Sideloading a custom app may require a Teams admin to allow it for your organization. If upload is blocked, that admin has to allow the custom app.
