Connecting Birdeye lets Rivvi read your survey list, recent responses, public reviews, and location roster from chat. This first version is read-only — it does not send survey or review-request messages. You connect by pasting your Birdeye API key and business ID. There is no marketplace app to install.

What you’ll need

  • API key — from your Birdeye dashboard (account settings → API)
  • Business ID — the enterprise / parent business ID for the account

Connect it

Copy your API key and business ID

In Birdeye, open account settings and copy the API key. Copy the business ID from the same account (or from Birdeye support if you only have a location ID).

Open Rivvi's connector settings

Settings → Connectors, select Birdeye, click Connect.

Paste your credentials

Birdeye survey responses and reviews can include patient names. Reads are Always allow by default; an admin can tighten this — see Permissions.

What Rivvi can do with Birdeye

Read (allowed by default)
  • Read the connected business profile.
  • List child locations.
  • List surveys (ids, names, status, response counts).
  • Read a page of responses for one survey.
  • Read a page of reviews (rating, source, comment, location).
Not in this version
  • Sending a survey or review-request SMS/email (Birdeye still owns those campaigns).
  • Creating contacts or recording a check-in.
