# Runs

> A run is one batch of calls or texts. Find them under sidebar Runs. They go out only when you click Launch.

A **run** is one dispatch — Rivvi calls or texts a list for a [program](/workspace/programs). Nothing dials until you click **Launch** (or **Schedule**).

## Find a run

* Sidebar **Runs** — hover for in-flight, ready, paused, and completed in the last 7 days. **View all** opens the full page.
* `/monitor/runs` — every run, searchable. Filter from a program with **All runs**.
* In chat: *"How's that run going?"* / *"What runs are still in flight?"*

You can pause or resume from the live view. Calls already ringing finish.

## Launch one

    **Looks good**, or **Fix these rows**. Then: *Confirmed. Next: launch approval.*

    **Now** or **Later**. The button is **Launch** or **Schedule**. **Not now** cancels. **Save for later** keeps the card.

If office hours are closed, **Now** is off. Use **Later**, or change hours under [Calling](/account/calling).

Opt-outs still apply. When a person has to pick up the thread, that is [Inbox](/workspace/following-up).
