# Programs

> Standing work — reminders, inbound, the website widget. Change the agent, test it, install the widget.

A **program** is ongoing work. A **[run](/workspace/runs)** is one batch you launch inside it. Thread badges may say **Campaign** — same thing.

**Home → Programs** is what you already have, plus **Inbound** and **Website Widget**. **Home → Playbooks** (or **Start here**) starts a new one. **Monitor → Programs** is who connected. Open a row for the program page.

Catalog plays instantiate in chat. Something not in the catalog becomes a request to Rivvi — the coworker does not invent a new program type.

## Change a program

**Monitor → Programs →** the name. Click the title to rename (**Save**). Status (**Draft**, **Activating**, **Live**, **Paused**) is shown; there is no Pause button on this page.

On the page: **Performance** (who connected; **All runs**), **Compliance**, **Team**, **Follow-ups** (automatic after a call), **Danger** (delete).

**Agent** is its own studio — rail **Agent**.

## Change the agent

**Agent** tab: greeting (**Opens with**), capabilities, version history. **Adjust** on a capability opens a thread scoped to that program — that is how you rewrite what it says or does.

New builds start paused. In **Version history**: **Activate my build** or **Promote to live**. Chat may show **Activate the new version**.

## Test it

Same studio, **Testing** tab. **Run simulation** (then **Run again**). Verdicts include **Clear to go live** and **Blocked from going live**. **Re-run failures**, **Fix all issues with AI**, thumbs **Sounds right** / **Needs work**.

The Website Widget also has **Preview** (appearance only) and **Live** (a real session with the assistant) on the Widget page. That is not the scenario bank.

## Website widget

**Monitor → Programs → Website Widget**. Rail: Performance, Conversations, **Widget**, Agent, Team, Danger.

**Widget** is Appearance, Copy, Behavior, Contact, **Install**. **Save** when you change it. **Enable web chat** if it is not provisioned yet.

Install the snippet from **Install** — WordPress pairing code, GTM, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Duda, or raw paste. Allowed origins live next to Install. Full steps: [Install the widget](/web-chat/install).

The widget's knowledge is org **[Knowledge](/account/knowledge)**, not a separate library on the program.

## Monitor

| Tab              | What it answers                                   |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Overview**     | Whether outreach reached anyone.                  |
| **Programs**     | Who connected, by program.                        |
| **Interactions** | Every attempt, including ones that never started. |
| **Trust**        | Whether agents followed the rules on live calls.  |

**Runs** is sidebar **Runs**, not a Monitor tab.
