# Contacts

> The org roster — uploads and consent. Admins only. Not under Settings.

**Contacts** is a top-level page at `/patients`. It is not under Settings.

On [chat.rivvi.ai](https://chat.rivvi.ai) the sidebar uses your organization's word for the people you reach — usually **Contacts**. Other environments may say **Patients**. The word also follows your lexicon.

Admins and anyone granted patient-data access can open it. The page is the roster: people you reach, uploads, and consent.

To launch from a sheet without opening Contacts, attach the file in chat. See [Build a list](/workspace/build-a-list).
