# Build a list

> Where the people on a run come from — a file, saved data, Contacts, or a connected tool.

You do not have to prepare data a certain way. A run can reach people from:

* **A file** — CSV or Excel from **+ → Attach file**. See [Attach files](/workspace/attach-files).
* **Saved data** — **+ → Use saved data**, or **Settings → Data**.
* **Contacts** — the org roster. See [Contacts](/workspace/contacts).
* **A connected tool** that is actually live — HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Birdeye, LeadingReach. Salesforce, Zoho, and the rest are **Coming soon** in Settings. See [Connectors](/connectors/overview).
* **A cohort Rivvi already knows** — *"everyone we haven't called in 30 days."*
* **A mix** — Rivvi dedupes by phone.
