# Attach files

> Spreadsheets, documents, and screenshots from the composer + menu.

Open **+** on the message box.

* **Attach file** — CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, or an image. About **3.5 MB** per file.
* **Capture screen** — a screenshot of what you are looking at.

Large pasted text is turned into an attachment so the thread stays readable. If a file is too big, Rivvi says so.
