Search this help center first (**⌘K**), or start from [common questions](/reference/faq). If you still need a person, open the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner — same Intercom messenger as the workspace. Or email **[support@rivvi.ai](mailto:support@rivvi.ai)**. In the workspace, the same path is the account menu (your avatar) → **Learn more → Help center**. ## What to include A short note is enough.
