# What Rivvi is

> Chat with one assistant. Programs are the standing work. Runs are the batches you launch.

Rivvi lives at **[chat.rivvi.ai](https://chat.rivvi.ai)**. You talk to one assistant. Cards show up in the thread. Nothing reaches a patient or customer until you approve it.
