# Teach Rivvi

> The first-run conversation that builds your Organization profile. Your number and where calls hand off is chapter two.

**Teach Rivvi** is in the sidebar footer and opens `/discovery`. It is a guided chat where Rivvi researches your team and you confirm the card. You do it once; you can come back when the team changes.

The right rail is labeled **Organization**. Confirmations happen **in the chat**, not by ticking boxes on that rail. When both chapters are done the rail reads **Workspace open**.

## The two chapters

1. **Build your org profile** — paste your website, scan public pages, watch Organization fill in (organization, people, locations, team, services). Rivvi walks the sections in chat. **Looks right** confirms. **Add a note** corrects.
2. **Your number and where calls hand off (defaults set)** — pick a line and set [how calls get answered](/workspace/how-calls-get-answered). Defaults are prefilled; continue if they look right. If outreach will touch PHI, sign the BAA here (or later under [Compliance](/account/compliance)). The BAA is e-signed in the app before any patient data moves. It gates **outbound dialing**, not finishing this conversation.

When the checklist is complete, **Go live →** takes you into the workspace. You may be asked for a payment method first.

  After the workspace is open, **Teach Rivvi** still opens Organization. Day-to-day edits — locations, providers, who works where, site hours — are **Settings → Knowledge**. ## After the workspace is open

Rivvi reads this profile on every turn. Wrong locations or vocabulary here show up in chat and on calls. Keep it current. Correct memory in **Settings → Memory**.

  If Discovery chat is briefly offline, Organization stays readable. Chat comes back on its own.
