# Connect your account

> Enable a connector for the team, then sign in — or paste a key, if that's how that tool works.

For **HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet**, connecting is **sign in with your own account**. An admin turns the connector on for the organization once. Then each teammate connects their own account. Rivvi does not ask you to paste a client secret for those.

How far the connection can see depends on the tool:

* **Your access** (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet) — the agent can only open files and records your own account can already open.
* **The whole HubSpot account** — your login is for identity and audit. The token can read every record in that HubSpot portal for the approved scopes, including records you cannot see in HubSpot's UI.
* **Birdeye** — you paste an API key and business ID. There is no sign-in button.
* **LeadingReach** — you request access. Rivvi and LeadingReach set the connection up with you.

You can disconnect **your** account any time without signing teammates out.

## Sign in (HubSpot, Microsoft, Google, Smartsheet)

    Tools are grouped into **Connected**, **Available**, and **Coming soon**. If you're not an admin, you can request a connector.

    An organization admin clicks **Enable**. That turns it on for the team. It does not connect anyone's account yet.

    In **Your account**, click **Connect** and sign in with the provider. Approve the access and you land back in Rivvi. Each teammate does this for themselves.

Microsoft 365 also has an optional **Advanced** org-wide app if you need unattended access. Day-to-day use is still sign in with your Microsoft work account — no Azure registration. See [Connect Microsoft 365](/connectors/microsoft-365).

## The exceptions

* **[Birdeye](/connectors/birdeye)** — paste an API key and business ID.
* **[LeadingReach](/connectors/leadingreach)** — click **Request access**. If you already have LeadingReach API credentials, there is a quiet connect path the Rivvi team can walk you through.
