# Your account

> Profile, appearance, notifications, and your AI memory — the account menu, not Organization settings.

Your personal settings are **not** in the Settings left nav. Open the **account menu** (your avatar) and choose **Settings**, or press **⇧⌘,**. The pane stays over whatever you were doing.

## What's in the pane

* **Profile** — name, email, phone, photo, language. Language is per person; it does not change anyone else's workspace, and it does not change what the voice agent says on a call.
* **Appearance** — theme.
* **Notifications** — account activity, billing, and security alerts.
* **AI memory** — what Rivvi remembers about *you*. This is not the org-wide memory at **Settings → Memory**.

## Security

From **Profile → Security**:

* Reset your password (Rivvi's sign-in screen)
* Turn on two-factor authentication
* Delete your account — email [support@rivvi.ai](mailto:support@rivvi.ai). You cannot self-serve delete.

## Organization vs you
