# Usage

> Assistant turns, tools, and per-teammate activity — Settings → Usage.

**Settings → Usage** answers *who used the assistant and how much*. It is not the outreach credit meter — that lives on [Billing](/account/billing).

## What you'll see

Month-to-date:

* **AI interactions** — turns with the coworker
* **Tool calls** — times the assistant used a tool
* **Active teammates** — who used it this month

A per-teammate table lists turns, tool calls, and last active.

Capacity is shown as **plenty**, **low**, or **out** — not raw token counts.

If the organization ran outreach this month, a channel strip also shows voice, SMS, and web chat, including per-program breakdown.

## What this is not

Credits, invoices, and plan changes stay on **Settings → Billing**. Usage does not change what you pay by itself.
