# Team

> Invite teammates, assign roles and seats — Settings → Team.

**Settings → Team** is where admins invite people, set a role, and pick a seat tier. The nav label is **Team** (older links said Members).

Org name, logo, website, and main patient-facing phone are on **Settings → General** — not this page.

## Adding someone

    Enter their email. Pick a role (default **Clinical operator**) and a seat tier (default **Standard**). Name, phone, and a note are optional.

    Team starts at 5 seats and Business at 10. If this invite goes past the seats you already pay for, Rivvi shows the added seat cost before you send it.

## Roles

Patient-data access follows the role, and can be overridden per person.

| Role                  | What they can do                                                               |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Admin**             | Members, billing, compliance, and all programs. Full patient-data access.      |
| **Clinical operator** | Runs outreach on assigned programs, with full patient-data access.             |
| **Analyst**           | Reads patient data and analytics on assigned programs. No outreach.            |
| **Marketing**         | Knowledge, web chat, and non-clinical connectors. No patient data or outreach. |

Organization settings (Billing, Team, Calling, Compliance) are **admin-only**. Other teammates still reach Knowledge, Data (when they have clearance), and Connectors.

## Seats

A **seat** is one person in the workspace, with their own assistant allowance and memory. You pay per seat. An admin assigns the tier on each member.

| **Premium**  | \$199/mo | \$299/mo | 5× the assistant allowance |

The tier only changes that person's monthly assistant capacity. Outreach credits are shared on [Billing](/account/billing). Changing a seat is prorated.

Free is you and two colleagues at \$0. Premium is not on Free.

## Removing someone

Remove them from the same table. You cannot remove the last admin, or yourself. Their seat frees up; the subscription adjusts on the next period.

## Single sign-on

SSO (SAML / OIDC) is **Enterprise**. Email [support@rivvi.ai](mailto:support@rivvi.ai) to enable it.
