# Memory

> What Rivvi remembers — org-wide in Settings, personal in the account menu.

Two memories. Do not mix them up.

| **You**              | Account menu → **Settings → AI memory** | Just you.       |

On either surface: **Add memory**, **Edit memory**, **Remove memory**, **Version history**, **Clear all**.

Org types: About people, Feedback, Project, Reference. **Clear all** on the org page does not touch anyone's personal memory.

In chat you can still say *"Remember that we don't call on Fridays"* — Settings is where you review and prune.
