# General

> Org name, logo, website, and main patient-facing phone — Settings → General.

**Settings → General** is who the organization is: **logo**, **name**, **type**, **website**, and the **main phone** patients dial.

It is not the call layer. Numbers you call from, transfers, and hours are **[Settings → Calling](/account/calling)**. Locations, providers, and per-site hours are **[Knowledge](/account/knowledge)**.
